| Customer Reviews: So convenient and useful!! July 29, 2010 Teresa This is such a useful great product!! We used it for our 17 month-old when travelling--she refuses to sleep in a pack-n play and obviously don't want her to roll off a regular bed. She loves it and had no problem whatsoever sleeping on it immediately! I love the raised borders that prevent her from rolling off. We also use it when our niece comes to spend the night at our house. Such a great invention!! Only downside--it has somewhat of a strong "vinyl-like" smell but hopefully over time it will fade.....
Excellent quality July 28, 2010 Noname My sister-in-law bought the Sleep Away Aerobed for her children a few years ago. It's been used heavily and we had the chance to use it this week for our six and nine year-olds. They usually sleep in our twin size Aerobeds. The Sleep Away is smaller and the sides are raised, as if to keep children from falling off. My nine year-old said he prefers the twin size bed, because it's larger and more comfortable. The six year-old says they are both equally comfortable.
The quality is excellent. We inflated the bed days ago and it hasn't needed any extra air. Considering its age and the heavy usage, I am very impressed. I would recommend this size for babies through early elementary aged children.
AeroBed for Toddler July 27, 2010 copmom I wasn't sure how this bed was going to work out for us since my grandson is used to either a crib or pack-n-play. He is getting to big for the pack-n-play so this was grandma's solution. We took it on vacation and he absolutely loved it. It was a snap to both set up and take down. My son and daughter-in-law thought it was such a terrific item, they also purchased one. Now when my little guy comes to stay at grandma's, he asks for his air bed. I am very, very pleased with it and would recommend this to grandparents for overnights or for those traveling. Worth every penny.
Excellent Bed. I have Two! July 27, 2010 sharan I was looking for something easy to inflate and would also be compact when deflated and in storage - This product does both of those things perfectly.
The day we inflated it my 20 month old daughter was so excited. She loved it!
I like that it comes with the fitted sheet.
The bag it stores in also has enough room to hold a blanket and pillow so when going on the road you can put the kids bedding in there and you are on your way.
We just bought a second one for our 7 week old.... A bit early, but we love them
My daughter also has juped form the hotel bed onto the aerobed a number of times (yes we ask her not too, but it's too tempting!) and she has done no damage what so ever.
I think this will last a while and grow with them well.
sleep overs July 25, 2010 Sandra Hamilton (ARLINGTON, TX, US) Now have 3 aero beds and the grandkids love to come spend the night and sleep on the "blow up beds"!
