I don't know what towels some of these reviewers got but the ones that were shipped to me don't absorb anything without a 5 hour soaking window. We now use them as gift wrap.

I was hoping for a soft and absorbant towel - one that comes out of the dryer without too many wrinkles. This towel did not deliver any of my hopes.

I always look at reviews on a product prior to purchase. These towels received high ratings, with a couple of negatives regarding quality. I am well pleased with the quality and useability of these towels. As promised, they are absorbent and leave your glasses and dishes sparkling. And, after the initial washing, in cold water with no softener, they came out of the dryer in great shape. If I had one negative comment, there is one solid color towel of the 5 which seemed to shrink a little upon washing.
Overall, these are well worth the money. I love them and would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality and great results!

I love the beautiful red color of these towels. I love the variety of pretty patterns (5). They are also a nice big size, dry dishes and hands quickly, and appear to be made of high quality fabric. As opposed to some cheaper (terry cloth?) towels (i.e., the kind you buy at Target), these do get more wrinkled. I will try another reviewers suggestion and take them out of the dryer pronto (maybe even before everything else is dry).

These are the best kitchen towels I have ever owned, bar none: attractive, absorbent, sturdy, soft, just the right size and thickness. They come out of the dryer just fine - unwrinkled and easy to fold. Don't think twice, just get a set.
