I ordered these towels in both gray and cream, and the colors are fairly close to those represented in the photographs. The towels themselves are much softer after their first wash, and are comfortable for common use. One towel of each set did have loose threads from the edges after just a single wash, but considering what I paid for a 6-piece set I'd still say it's a good deal.

I bought these towels because they were made of Egyptian cotton which I believed would mean that they would have a very smooth feel. They were not exceptional. I compared them to Turkish cotton towels from Ralph Lauren and they were not quite as nice. After washing them a couple of times, there are threads in the terry loops that are loose, so I am not very impressed.

I bought four packs of these towels. I washed them for the FIRST time and one set is in threads. The other three seem fine but this one set is raveling and coming apart. I am very disappointed but returns are too much trouble. Buyer beware on this item.
